It is hard to believe that more than two years have passed since I first stepped into NBS. Today, as I officially turn the page and begin a new chapter, I find myself looking back at a journey that has profoundly shaped who I am as an engineer and as a person.
During my time here, I had the privilege of contributing to several large-scale projects, collaborating with major companies across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The sheer scale and responsibility of these projects pushed me to my limits. I wasn't just writing code; I was building mission-critical systems.
From developing sensitive financial modules—such as promotion engines, subscription models, and complex transaction systems—to handling high-bandwidth video streaming services, the technical challenges were immense. This environment forced me to learn fast, adapt quickly, and always prioritize system reliability.
What made NBS truly special, however, wasn't just the tech stack. It was the people and the environment. NBS is built on the 4C principles: Communication, Care, Collaboration, and Competitive. I can feel these values every day.
I was surrounded by brilliant minds like Ponco, Muchlish, Dinan, Jipyong, Sandi, Fajar, Diaz, Rafly, Bang Saggaf, Bang Riga, and many others who were constantly striving to grow. Their energy was contagious, and I’ve learned so much just by being around them. I’ve never felt this close to a team before—we weren't just "co-workers," but a community that grew, tackled bugs, and pushed each other to be better every single day.
Deciding to move on was not an easy choice, but I leave with a heart full of gratitude and a head full of lessons. To everyone at NBS who has been part of this journey: thank you for being such a huge part of my life for the past two years.
